Public Works
 
1.   Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement with Jerry William Uhri, Dona Dee Davis and Jerry L. Davis for the Delameter Road Reconstruction Project No. 1802 and 1834; purchase price for the property is $15,000, plus applicable closing costs and escrow fees estimated to be less than $1,000.
 
Sheriff
 
2.   Personal Services Agreement with Children's Justice and Advocacy Center to provide child abuse and neglect investigations for the period of January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018; cost $77,287 through the Sheriff's budget.
 
Financial Management
 
3.   Resolution Rescinding Resolution No. 17-046 and Adopting Updated Policy and Procedures Manual for the Administration of the Veteran's Relief Fund.
 
Human Services
 
4.   Professional Services Contract with National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) to provide a variety of programs and services in Cowlitz County; maximum consideration not to exceed $54,333 during the period November 1, 2017 through October 31, 2018.
 
5.   Amendment No. 1 with WA State Department of Social & Health Services to continue providing funding for the delivery of Developmental Disability Services; maximum payable not to exceed $1,468,904 for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018; an increase of $26,872. 
 
Health Department
 
6.   Agreement with Southwest Washington Accountable Community of Health (SW ACH) to implement food and beverage guidelines, including sodium standards, in public institutions, worksites and other key locations and strengthen community promotion of physical activity though signage, worksite policies, social support, and joint-use agreements; maximum payable to the County shall not exceed $43,000 during the period October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018.
 
7.   Contract with Thurston County to provide local input to the Cascade Pacific Action Alliance Accountable Community of Health (CPAA-ACH) strategic plan for tobacco and vapor product prevention; maximum consideration payable to Cowlitz County shall not exceed $4,000 during the period September 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
 
District and Superior Court
 
8.   Agreement with Proton360 Communications for Audio Visual installation in District and Superior Court; cost $315,735.96 including WA State sales tax.
