1.   Resolution establishing equipment rental rates for Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund as of January 1, 2018 and rescinding Resolution 15-004, which established equipment rental rates effective January 1, 2015.

2.   Lease from Cowlitz County to Western Pacific Truck School for the period of January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018; total annual rent of $7,440.
Purchasing Services
3.   Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between Cowlitz County and Yakima County for cooperative governmental purchasing.
Facilities Maintenance
4.   Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with David A. Clark to extend the contract for Professional Architectural and Engineering Services from December 27, 2017 to December 27, 2018.
5.   Contract completion with Columbia River Carpet One for the carpet replacement and cove bases in the District Court offices at the Hall of Justice, Health and Human Services 9th Avenue Building, and the Information Technology Office in the Administration Building; total cost $35,784.23 including WA State sales tax.

b. Letter dated November 2, 2017 to the BOCC from Hilary Franz, Commissioner of Public Lands, WA State Department of Natural Resources; regarding Projection of Income from State Forest Lands. These lands generated $1,173,000 in the first three quarters of calendar year 2017 and are projected to generate $1,187,000 total for calendar year 2017.
